Shipping

Australia wide, No local pickup and no international.

• All shipping costs are calculated based on weight/ dimensions through Australia post. 

• All orders have Tracking Numbers.

• Extra cover is included for items over $100.00.

• All deliveries require a signature on pick up and this cost is included in shipping prices.

Please be assured that I will package your new piece with the highest quality care possible and I use recycled packing material where possible to do my best in reducing waste.

Though I take the greatest possible precautions packing your items, once your order is in transit there is a risk that it may become damaged due to the nature of transit and fragility of the art. While I secure all aspects of the art as best as possible and test shake them before packing, damage caused in transit is outside of my control. If this happens please contact me with photos of the damage to your product and the box it came in.

Please ensure that you enter your address correctly, I will not be taking responsibility for lost items if you enter your address incorrectly.

Returns and Refunds

No change of mind refunds.

Please contact me if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and I am more than happy to work with you to fix the issue.

Shipping unsatisfactory goods back to me will be the customer’s responsibility and reimbursement will be provided after I have received the goods.

This also applies to Commissioned works.
